Mint Chalida Vijitvongthong is an actress, model, and businesswoman born and raised in Bangkok to a Thai-Chinese father and a Thai-Indian mother. She is the elder of four siblings, one of which is "Mond" Tanutchai Wijitvongtong, an actor under GMMTV. She's part of the second generation of Channel 3's young blood actor group called Power 3. Chalida graduated from Srinakharinwirot University with a degree in Business Administration.

Mint first entered the entertainment industry appearing in advertisements at the age of nine. She developed her career as an actor with Channel 3 beginning with the lakorn Narak. Afterwards, Mint continually received work as supporting characters, portraying a variety of roles.

In 2013, Mint was cast in one of her most well-known roles as Piengkwan in Suparburoot Juthathep. She captured many viewers with her portrayal of the beautiful, sympathetic but strong-hearted dancer.

Mint owns an ice cream business called Minito Gelato, She has been in a relationship with Pupaa Taechanarong since 2012.
