Follows the lives of surgical interns and resident doctors of Sanjeevani. Set in the backdrop of Sanjeevani Hospital, it deals with the pressures, drama, romance, inter personal relationships and humour in their lives.

After Riddhima runs some clotting tests on a patient, she gets in to an argument with Armaan. However, Kirti intervenes and later confirms Riddhima's diagnosis and treatment. Already miffed, Armaan then warns Riddhima to be careful. Why is Armaan so annoyed?

After Armaan and Riddhima argue over their bet, Riddhima overhears Armaan scolding a girl and then she attends to a pregnant women. The same patient asks Kirti to replace Anjali with Riddhima for her surgery. Will Riddhima succeed in operating on the pregnant woman?

Sapna meets and falls in love with Shubhankar Rai, a cardiologist. Rai is treating Sunaina, who suffers from an eating disorder. However, Armaan manages to make her eat. But he later gets into trouble when the police hold him responsible for his ex-girlfriend's suicide attempt.

Despite Armaan's clarifications, police arrest him and take Riddhima's statement. Afterwards, Armaan is released and Shashank asks everyone not to disclose Armaan's incident publically. However, Riddhima continues to hold Armaan responsible for Maya's condition.

After Riddhima sees Armaan holding a knife pointed at Maya, she tells the police that Armaan tried to kill Maya. In the meantime, one of the accident patients misbehaves with Riddhima and she slaps him. Disturbed, Riddhima then gets more upset after she hears Maya's telephonic conversation.

On learning the truth about Maya, Riddhima teams up with Atul to prove Armaan's innocence. However, Maya falls into Riddhima's trap and confesses to framing Armaan. Even though Armaan is freed of the charges against him, will he forgive Riddhima for sending him to jail?

Even though Riddhima apologises to Armaan, he refuses to accept the same. Afterwards, she tries to talk to him at his party, but he gets furious and scolds her. Later, while returning home, Vivek catches Riddhima and misbehaves with her. Will Armaan come to save Riddhima?

After Kirti, Armaan and Riddhima's operation, Shashank and Kirti talk about the upcoming medical camp. Although Armaan has not accepted Riddhima's apology, she gets a chance again as she and Armaan are set to travel together to reach the medical camp. Will Armaan finally forgive her?

During their journey to the medical camp, Armaan purposely irritates Riddhima. On reaching the camp site, the Sanjeevani doctors and interns start attending to the villagers. Riddhima and Armaan also offer their services to the villagers.

Everyone except Anjali supports Riddhima's idea to open a social service ward in the hospital. An offended Anjali then tries to trouble Riddhima and blames it on Armaan. Later, Armaan, Riddhima, Atul and Anjali play truth and dare. Will Armaan dare Riddhima to seek his revenge against her?

Riddhima accepts Armaan's challenge of entering the forest in the dark. But once inside, she gets lost and is unable to find her way back. The local people and all the Sanjeevani doctors try to find her, but fail. Will Armaan safely bring back Riddhima from the forest?

Riddhima and Armaan finally find their way and reach the others who are waiting for them. At the hospital, while Riddhima works on Vijay's case, Armaan operates Mini. Later, Anjali feels jealous as Riddhima secures highest marks in the intern of the month competition.

After Riddhima and Anjali patch up, Armaan teases Riddhima for spending the entire night with him in the forest. However, Riddhima soon loses her peace when her patient, Vijay, suddenly starts bleeding and dies on the operation table. Will Riddhima be blamed for his death?

Armaan dreams of proposing to Riddhima and gets scared. Then, he feels her presence around him and the other interns make fun of him. Afterwards, Sapna hands over her medical case to Anjali and Kirti deducts ten points from Sapna's marks. Will Sapna hold this against Anjali?

Atul, Sapna and Anjali plan a surprise party for Riddhima and seek Armaan's help in bringing her to the party. At the party, as Sapna feels sad on seeing Shubanker dance with his wife, Riddhima feels shy as Armaan invites her for a dance. Is Armaan doing all this to win Anjali's challenge?

Padma resigns from her post and gives Shashank the reasons for doing so. As Shashank arranges for her treatment at Malhotra hospital, Riddhima organises a farewell dinner for Padma at her house. When will Riddhima learn the truth about her relationship with Padma?

Armaan and Riddhima spend some romantic moments in and out of the hospital. Later, the doctors of Sanjeevani visit Sapna's house on the occasion of dandiya. There too, Riddhima and Armaan share romantic moments as the guests dance to the dandiya beats.

While Anjali takes back her bet and asks Armaan to stop playing with Riddhima's heart, Riddhima overhears their conversation and leaves the place. Even though Armaan tries to talk to Riddhima and express his true feelings, she ignores him. Will he succeed in convincing her?

While the doctor informs Shashank that Padma is in a critical condition, Armaan takes Atul's help in reaching out to Riddhima to clarify the misunderstanding. Armaan keeps trying, but fails. Finally, he gets into Riddhima's house, but she slaps him instead. Will her slap deter Armaan's intentions?

Armaan succeeds in his ‘accident’ plan and becomes happy on seeing Riddhima's concern for him. As Armaan's condition improves, he gets shifted to the general ward. Meanwhile, Armaan overhears Shashank telling someone that Riddhima is not his daughter.

After hearing Shashank's conversation and learning Riddhima's real identity, Armaan takes Atul's help in this matter and they agree to not disclose the truth to Riddhima. However, he is left hurt when he discovers that Riddhima is making fun of his feelings. How will Armaan win Riddhima back?

Armaan takes a security personnel's help to spread the rumour that he has lost faith in his life and is going to commit suicide. Eventually, when Riddhima realizes that it was just a prank, she yells at Armaan. Despite their argument, they patch up and decide to stay friends.

Armaan is assigned an abortion case. He gets into an argument with the other doctors about whether to keep the baby or abort her pregnancy. While discussing the same with Shashank, Armaan accidently reveals that he is aware about Riddhima's birthmother. How will Shashank react to this?

Anjali spots Shashank and asks him to meet her at Sanjeevani but he lies and tells her that he is out of town. Later, the doctors plan to go out for the night. However, on their way, Anjali spots Shashank's car. Will Anjali and Riddhima finally catch Shashank's lies?

Armaan comes to Shashank and Padma's rescue, when Anjali and Riddhima reach Padma's ward and find her with Shashank. Later, as Shashank thanks Armaan for controlling the situation, Anjali becomes suspicious and questions Shashank about Padma. Will Shashank tell Anjali the truth?

Riddhima finally confesses her love to Armaan. On the other hand, despite Anjali pestering Shashank about Padma, he refuses to divulge the truth. Later, while searching for some documents in Shashank's room, Anjali finds some adoption papers. Does she now know Shashank's secret?

Anjali realises that either she or Riddhima is adopted. To clarify the same, she calls Shashank, but he rudely refuses to talk. She confronts Dadi, but she also makes excuses and escapes from the situation. Later, Anjali eavesdrops on Dadi and Shashank's conversation. Will she get her answers?

While Shashank gets nervous that Anjali knows about the adoption, the latter reveals the truth to Riddhima. On hearing this, Riddhima rushes back home. Later, Armaan meets Riddhima and becomes shocked on learning that Anjali has wrongfully assumed herself as adopted.

After Armaan, Riddhima, Atul and Sapna celebrate Anjali's birthday at their house, Riddhima and Anjali confront Shashank about the adoption papers. Shashank gives in and tells them about Riddhima's adoption and her relationship with Padma. How will Riddhima take this news?

While Armaan tries to get through to Riddhima, Padma tells Shashank that she has full faith in him. Later, Riddhima scolds Armaan for not telling her the truth earlier and Shashank informs her about Padma's medical condition. Will Riddhima take care of her mother?

After Armaan guides Riddhima in the right direction, she reaches Gill's nursing home and convinces Shashank to operate on Padma, as he had refused earlier due to nervousness. However, the operation is successful, and Riddhima and Shashank are both relieved.

While everyone at Sanjeevani is busy celebrating Diwali, Kirti suspects that Shubanker is having an affair with Sapna. She then assigns all the interns their duties and asks them to be extra careful as it is Diwali and there could be emergencies coming in.

After Kirti delegates all the responsibilities, Anjali and Riddhima find out that one of their patients, Dadu, is losing his pulse. Later, Dadu suffers from a heart stroke and his health deteriorates. Kirti blames the doctors for his condition and warns that their negligence will not be overlooked.

As Armaan, Riddhima, Atul, Sapna and Anjali worry over Dadu's condition, Harsh wishes to meet Dadu. Later, Kirti finds out that the reason behind Dadu's present condition is use of propranolol. She asks Riddhima, Anjali, Sapna and Atul to explain themselves. Which intern gave Dadu this medicine?

Dr. Kirti wants to know who gave propranolol to Dadu while Dr. Armaan suspects Dr. Ridhima. Dr. Shashank demands a confession from the culprit. Dr. Kirti says that she will probe the matter and blames herself for what has happened. Who is the culprit?

Dr. Kirti comes to know that it is Dr. Ridhima who had given propranolol to Dadu. She is furious and blames Dr. Ridhima for Dadu’s deteriorating health. Dr. Shashank is shocked by what has happened. Finally, Dr. Ridhima admits her mistake.

Atul is concerned for Ridhima and helps her prepare for her viva voce. Dr. Kirti assigns Armaan and Anjali to handle Dadu’s case. Atul and Sapna are assigned to take care of Harsh and Sumit. Meanwhile, Armaan is not convinced that Ridhima could have made a mistake and seeks Atul’s help.

Armaan waits for Ridhima in the basketball court and challenges her in a match. Harsh worries about his Dadu and asks Armaan about Ridhima. Meanwhile, Dr. Kirti introduces Simran to the other doctors. Armaan, Atul and Sapna request Dr. Kirti to allow Nana to participate in their game.

Armaan tries to talk to Ridhima about the Diwali night, but she is in no mood to talk about that incident. Kirti tells Armaan to take the help of a doctor. Meanwhile, the lab technician tells Armaan about propranolol. Sumit expresses his grief to Ridhima.

Kirti tells Deshpande not to take part in the skit because of his health but he refuses to listen to her. Later, Kirti tells Ridhima that she can only be backstage. Shashank takes Padma to Delhi to have a second opinion. All the interns prepare for the skit.

Everyone, including Armaan, is concerned about Ridhima taking the blame for Anjali’s fault. Armaan asks Ridhima for an explanation. She tells him that Anjali made the mistake. Armaan wants to know why Ridhima is sacrificing her career for Anjali.

Armaan and Ridhima, along with Atul, Anjali, Sapna, Simran and Nana, practise for their play. Sapna gets nervous in front of Dr. Subhanker and forgets her dialogues. Anjali is upset because Dr. Kirti gets the role of Soni. Meanwhile, Sapna is shocked to learn that Dr. Subhanker has a daughter.

Everyone conveys their best wishes to Ridhima. Kirti conducts Ridhima’s viva. Meanwhile Armaan, Anjali, Atul and Sapna make fun of Ridhima. But in spite of all odds Ridhima clears the test.

All the doctors participate in a play. Sapna is chosen for Soni's role. During the play, Atul forgets his lines. Meanwhile, Armaan keeps staring at Riddhima, while Dr Shashank, Padma and Dadi enjoy the play. Will Riddhima and Armaan get closer?

Armaan is shocked when he calls up Riddhima and Rahul answers her phone. Armaan decides to return the next day, but Muskaan's relatives refuse to let him go. Meanwhile, Rahul continues to impresses Riddhima. Kirti informs Muskaan that they are in Chandigarh to celebrate Sanjeevani's anniversary.

Armaan is surprised when Muskaan tells him about the Sanjeevani's silver jubilee celebrations in Chandigarh. To avoid being identified by anyone, he wears a turban. Later, in the bus stand, Riddhima sees Armaan. Will Riddhima be able to identify him?

Armaan tells everyone about his relationship with Riddhima. Later, when Riddhima is angry at him for opening up about their affair, Armaan keeps teasing her. Padma catches Armaan staring at Riddhima. Meanwhile, Rahul learns about Armaan’s marriage to Muskaan.

Armaan is shocked to learn that Rahul is aware about his trip to Patiala with Muskaan. Later, Rahul offers a lift to Riddhima, but Armaan forbids her from going with him. Armaan is restless and decides to tell the truth to Riddhima, but is not able to tell her.

Rahul asks Armaan not to hurt Muskaan’s feelings. He warns him of severe consequences if he plays with her life. However, Muskaan asks Rahul to stay out of her personal affairs. Meanwhile, Dr Kirti and Dr Shubhankar decide to go on a coffee date.

A few of the doctors steal medicines from Sanjeevani for their respective private practices. Some staff members inform Abhimanyu about it. Meanwhile, those doctors operate on a woman in the hospital without Abhimanyu’s permission.

Armaan waits for Riddhima at the party. He is in for a pleasant surprise as Riddhima has decided to admit her love towards him in front of everyone. Meanwhile, Rahul tries to warn Muskaan about Armaan and ends up telling the same to Riddhima.

Ridhima taunts Rahul and decides to have a chat with Armaan. She sees Muskaan giving Armaan a bracelet and misunderstands him. Armaan becomes suspicious when he sees Rahul taking Ridhima home. However, Ridhima ignores Armaan.

Armaan tries to tell Ridhima about his Punjab trip with Muskaan, but she refuses to listen and shouts at him. Later, he calls her up but she doesn’t answer the phone. Meanwhile, Muskaan is madly in love with Armaan. Tension brews up between Armaan and Ridhima.

Dr Shubhankar helps Anjali, Riddhima, Muskaan, Rahul & Atul in hiding his plants from Dr Kirti. However, Dr Kirti catches the interns with the plants & scolds them. They learn from Dr Kirti about Armaan's resignation. Riddhima tries her best to contact Armaan over phone but fails to reach him.

Rahul is upset as he convinces a dejected Muskaan who tells him that she loves Armaan. Rahul decides to go in search of Armaan. Meanwhile, Padma consoles Riddhima, who is worried about Armaan.

Shashank takes Padma out for dinner. Anjali feels happy when Dadi tells her about it. Meanwhile, Dr Shubhankar and Dr Kirti are upset that Armaan has quit Sanjeevani without any notice. However, Shashank orders Dr Kirti to type a suspension letter for Armaan.

Rahul meets Armaan and convinces him to return to Sanjeevani, but he refuses. Back in Sanjeevani, a baffled Muskaan tells everyone that Dr. Kirti and Dr. Shashank have decided to suspend Armaan. The interns request Dr. Shashank to change his decision.

Armaan loses a fight, when he gets distracted on seeing Ridhima. Afterwards, she convinces Armaan to come back, but he ignores her. Meanwhile, Ridhima gets upset and when she is returning, a few thugs harass her.

Armaan saves Ridhima from the goons and drops her to the guest house. Ridhima decides to take Armaan with her to Mumbai. Armaan and Ridhima grow close to each other.

Armaan gets disappointed when Ridhima tells him that she is not sure about him and considers him a friend. Ridhima makes Armaan agree to travel to Mumbai with her. Later, he informs Ridhima that he will be just a friend to her.

Ridhima saves Armaan’s patient’s life while he is away. However, he taunts her instead of thanking her. Ridhima gets hurt at this. Deboo is attracted to Anjali. Dr. Kirti assigns Ridhima and Armaan to handle Nana’s case when he is admitted back to Sanjeevani.

Ridhima is upset because Armaan requests Dr. Kirti to assign him any intern but not Ridhima. Dr. Kirti doesn’t agree. Dr. Shashank addresses the interns and says that he will declare the ‘Intern of the Month’ shortly.

The interns are glad to see Armaan happy again. However, he starts irritating Riddhima with his pranks. Later, it is learnt that Armaan has feelings for Ridhima, but he plans to teach her a lesson.

Armaan finds Riddhima’s pager in the locker room and keeps it with himself. Meanwhile, Ridhima is upset because she cannot find her pager. Dr. Kirti becomes angry seeing Armaan and Ridhima submitting two different reports pertaining to the same case.

A patient falls for Anjali. For Ridhima, it’s another bad hair day at Sanjeevni, and Armaan makes it worse with his pranks. Enraged, Ridhima shouts at Armaan to stop his buffoonery. Later, Ridhima is shocked to find a letter in her locker.

Ridhima finds Armaan soaked in blood and tries to help him, but again they end up quarrelling. Later, Ridhima is upset about the incident, and Armaan, still in a rage, injures himself in a practice fight session.

Anjali realises that something is wrong with Ridhima and asks her about it. Ridhima tells her about her relationship without revealing Armaan’s identity. The next day, Ridhima is named as the ‘Intern of the Month’ at Sanjeevani.

Armaan is upset about Ridhima. Nana talks to him and suggests that he should mend his relationship with her. As the 'Intern of the Month', Ridhima is authorised to take the daily briefing sessions instead of Dr. Kirti.

Dr. Kirti finds Atul hiding under a bed in the ward. Later, she catches Rahul, who pretends to be Muskaan, and assists in an operation. Later, Dr. Kirti pulls up Riddhima for not monitoring her team well.

Anjali manages to convince Ridhima to play Holi. Armaan and Rahul help Atul practise how to play Holi with Anjali. Ridhima, Rahul, Muskaan, Atul, Anjali, Dr. Shubankar and Dr. Kirti dance madly after having bhang-filled ladoos. Armaan is elated as Ridhima proposes to him.

Armaan is super excited that Ridhima has proposed to him. Dr. Shashank is shocked when he comes to know that bhang was doing the rounds during the Holi festivities.

Dr. Shashank is upset with Kirti and Shubankar for giving too much freedom to the team of doctors during Holi. Ridhima reveals to Shashank that Armaan brought drugs for the celebrations. Shashank lets him go with a warning.

Armaan and Ridhima avoid speaking to each other. Ridhima assigns her colleagues their respective duties for the day. Atul arranges for flowers to be sent to Anjali. The flowers reach Dr. Kirti’s cabin and she assumes that Dr. Shubhankar has sent them.

Dr. Shashank insists that Armaan should check the ECG of a patient in the operation theatre, but he fails to do so, as he is distracted with Ridhima's thoughts. Dr. Shashank and Dr. Kirti yell at Armaan for his negligence.

Shehnaaz mistakenly believes that Armaan is in love with Anjali. Armaan apologises to Shashank. Later, Shashank advises Armaan to work out his priorities. Armaan refuses to seek Ridhima’s help. He tells her there is nothing left to discuss.

Armaan argues with Ridhima when she tries to advise him. His grandmother, who is visiting, figures out that Ridhima is the girl he is in love with. Atul is upset as he comes to know that someone has gifted a mirror to Anjali.

Shehnaaz and Ridhima plan to cheer up Armaan. Atul dreams that Anjali is cheering for him while he competes in a street fight. Armaan is angry with Ridhima for putting up posters promoting his street fight competition against Balli without his consent.

Armaan is beaten up by Balli in the street fight competition. Then, when Balli hurts Ridhima, Armaan beats Balli and wins the street fight competition. Rahul extends his support to Shehnaaz and Ridhima decides to conduct a bike race to cheer up Armaan.

Rahul and Ridhima put up Armaan to compete in the bike race. Muskaan is curious to know the reason behind Rahul instigating Armaan to participate in the race. Kirti reveals to Shashank about Ridhima’s involvement in conducting sports events like boxing and bike racing.

Armaan and Rahul compete against each other in a bike race. Ridhima rides pillion with Armaan and they fall off the bike. Armaan tells her to hold on to him tight and he wins the race.

Dr. Shubhankar is mesmerised as he watches Dr. Kirti Mehra. Dr. Shashank questions Riddhima about the decline in Armaan’s performance and tells her to concentrate on the interns instead of diverting their attention to extra-curricular activities.

Shubankar and the team of doctors convince Kirti to hold a basketball match. Atul and the team of doctors stage a drama to convince Armaan to participate in the match. Armaan accepts the challenge and agrees to participate.

The doctors split into men and women teams. It is decided that the losing team will act as servants to the winning team for a week. Armaan is injured while playing. Ridhima tells Atul that they should make Armaan believe this is a real match.

The men win the basketball match. Armaan refuses to be a slave to the girls’ team and leaves the place. Ridhima promises Shehnaz that she will try her best to make Armaan smile. Will he let her do that?

Dr. Shashank taunts Ridhima and Kirti for spending more time on extra-curricular activities and also relieves Ridhima from monitoring duty. She continues to irritate Armaan. Dr. Kirti shouts at Dr. Shubankar when he tries to praise her.

Armaan continues to be irritated by Ridhima. Dr. Shashank is shocked to see Ridhima massaging Armaan. Dr. Shashank calls Padma to his cabin and instructs her to keep Ridhima in check.

Ridhima dances for Armaan when he requests her to. Atul is shocked when he comes to know that Armaan was only pretending that he was angry. Armaan sends Ridhima on duty to the mortuary and scares her.

Armaan manages to escape from Dr. Shubankar and Dr. Kirti. Atul tries to tell Ridhima about Armaan’s prank but doesn’t manage to do so. Nana shouts at Ridhima as she asks him questions given by Armaan.

Ridhima mixes egg with oil and applies it to Armaan’s hair. She asks Atul to keep quiet when he comes to know that she is playing a prank on Armaan. Dr. Kirti taunts Armaan as the bad smell from his hair spreads across the hospital.

Ridhima irritates Armaan by putting itching power in his coat and later by stealing his clothes when he is taking a bath. Dr. Shashank laughs at Armaan as he tries to get to the locker room wrapped in a blanket. Armaan is shocked when he sees his clothes are with Ridhima.

Armaan comes to know that Ridhima is also playing pranks on him. Shehnaaz supports Ridhima, asking her to take on Armaan and his pranks. Dr. Shubankar feels happy when Dr. Kirti tells him that she will miss him.

Ridhima and her friends organise a party at the cafeteria for Armaan’s birthday. A cake fight ensues and some of it hits Dr. Shashank when he enters the cafeteria. He gets annoyed and says he will suspend all of them.

Dr. Shashank punishes the interns by asking them to accompany Dr. Kirti to serve at the hermitage. Later, Dr. Shashank suspends Armaan and his friends for a week. After making a plan to follow the girls to Lonavala, Armaan and the gang go to meet Dr. Shubanker.

Ridhimma learns about Armaan’s plan and the girls decide to get back at his monkey business. Meanwhile, the thugs beat up Armaan, Atul and Rahul and they lose consciousness. Later, Ridhimma puts herself in a dire situation by allowing the goons to kidnap her.

Ridhimma herself dials up her father’s number, after which the goon demands a huge ransom. Meanwhile, Dr. Kirti gets a call from Dr. Shashank about the kidnapping. She scolds Anjali when she tells her about Ridhimma’s tit-for-tat prank. Who will rescue Ridhimma?

Armaan goes in search of Ridhimma while she asks her kidnappers to bring pizza and burger. However, upon realising that the kidnapper is Peshab Singh, she panics. Later, Armaan saves her from the kidnappers and they get back to their colleagues. How will Dr.Shashank react to the incident?

Padma Gupta surprises Ridhimma and her colleagues by arriving at the Sanjeevani orphanage. Later, she seeks Dr. Shashank’s permission to take Ridhimma along with her to Chandigarh. Armaan is worried after learning that Ridhimma is going with her mother. How can he stop her?

Armaan is upset about Ridhimma’s absence and Rahul and Atul tease him for that. Armaan opens up to Rahul about his feelings for Ridhimma. Dr. Shashank talks to his students and colleagues about the importance of their presence in the hospital. Meanwhile, a pleasant surprise awaits Armaan.

Armaan and Ridhimma share a light moment together as they decide to be friends. Later, they try to give some privacy for Atul and Anjali in the lab in order to bring them closer. Ridhimma calls up Dr. Kirti and pretends to be a patient to send her away from the hospital.

Armaan compels Dr. Shubhanker to act as if he had a heart attack. Dr. Kirti arrives at his house and later, laughs it off when she realises that it was a prank. Meanwhile, Muskan is upset as her landlady has sent back her luggage and that she doesn’t have a place to stay.

Armaan, Atul and Rahul arrive at Ridhimma’s house to see Muskan. Later, Armaan, Atul, Rahul, Muskan and Ridhimma overhear Nani and Anjali's conversation regarding the wedding plans of Dr. Shashank and Padma. Atul and his colleagues get to know that they were a couple.

Ridhimma and her colleagues plan to bring Dr. Shashank and Padma close to each other, while Armaan assures to resolve Muskan’s issue. Ridhimma gifts Padma with a blue saree and insists her to wear it. Dr.Shashank compliments her looks.

Anjali, Ridhimma and Muskan invite Padma to the café through a letter. Armaan, Rahul and Atul seek Dr. Shubanker’s help in delivering a similar invite to Dr. Shashank. Padma and Dr. Shashank leave early from the hospital to meet at the café. Dr. Kirti comes to know about the plan.

Dr. Shubanker is excited as Dr. Kirti agrees to send Padma to the restaurant. Armaan, Ridhimma, Atul, Anjali, Rahul and Muskan help Dr. Shashank and Pandma have a romantic evening. All the members of Sanjeevani celebrate as Padma agrees to marry Dr. Shashank.

Dadi thinks that Dr. Shubanker and Dr. Kirti should be married. Dr. Shashank’s family welcomes Padma. Dr. Armaan, Dr. Shubanker, Dr. Atul and Dr. Rahul gift sarees to their respective girlfriends.

Dr. Shashank and Padma get engaged by exchanging rings. Dadi announces that her farm house will be the venue for the wedding. Meanwhile, Armaan consoles an emotional Ridhimma. Rahul feels sad as Muskan informs that she is not attending the wedding. Why will she miss the wedding?

Ridhimma is jealous when Mallika makes advances to Armaan. Anjali consoles Ridhimma as she gets into an argument with Mallika. Later, Ridhimma helps Armaan in selecting a saree. Later, he gifts the saree to her and she feels happy. However, she is confused later.

Dadi tells Ridhimma about the importance of a red saree. Later, Ridhimma and Armaan share some romantic moments. Afterwards, Rahul sends Ridhimma and Armaan to pick up a bridal dress and helps them to spend some time alone.

Armaan, Atul and Rahul try to disturb the girls’ rehearsal for the sangeet ceremony. Meanwhile, Muskan makes a surprise entry and Rahul is elated to see her. Later, Anjali, Ridhimma and Muskan make fun of the boys.

Although Armaan has fallen head over heels in love with Riddhimma, he fails to work up the courage to ask her out. Meanwhile, it is celebration time at Dadi’s farmhouse and the haldi ritual is in progress, as a troupe of dancers make it all the more colourful with their performances.

Padma is happy to see Armaan and Ridhimma together. Meanwhile, Dr. Shubanker feels elated to learn that Dr. Kirti has got the first letter of his name written on her palm with mehendi. Has Ridhimma got an ‘A’ on her palm?

Anjali and Ridhimma ask Armaan and his friends to go out of the room as they are not allowed for the sangeet. Anjali plays the character of Dr. Shashank, while Ridhimma takes up Padma’s role. However, Armaan and Atul sneak into the room.

Everyone stops dancing when Dr. Shashank walks into the room. However, he praises the boys for their brilliant idea to take part in the sangeet and starts dancing with them. While Armaan and Atul help Padma with her make-up, Naani assists the groom.

Dr. Shashank and Padma get married. Padma is emotional as she bids farewell and tells Armaan and Dr. Shubanker that they are more than brothers. Armaan and his friends gift the couple with a honeymoon package. Ridhimma thanks Armaan and asks him to spend some time with her.

Muskan tells Atul that girls can dance better than boys. Later, Atul challenges the girls to dance with them for a song. Meanwhile, Arman meets up his friend Chirag who has come with his pregnant wife, Ritu, for a check-up. However, Chirag gets a sudden pain in his head and trips over.

Dr. Kirti is furious with Atul for lazing around during his duty hours and asks him to assist Armaan. Meanwhile, Armaan finds a blood clot in Chirag’s brain and suspects it to be a brain tumour. Armaan informs the same to Chirag. Chirag asks him not to tell Ritu about the same.

Shubhankar eavesdrops on Muskan while she gives tips to Atul to woo Anjali. Armaan and Kirti inform Chirag that he has brain tumor and that he needs to go under the knife. They tell him that he may lose his memory after the surgery. Chirag refuses to have the surgery.

Dr. Kirti, Dr. Shubankers and Dr. Paromita discuss Chirag’s MRI report. Ridhimma tells Armaan that she sees him as a friend. Later, Dr. Kirti tells Armaan that he cannot operate Chirag as they are close friends and that Anjali will assist Dr. Paromita in the surgery.

During the surgery, Ridhimma suddenly leaves the operation theatre as she receives a message about Ritu. Later, Armaan is informed that the surgery was a success and that Chirag is out of danger. Ridhimma sees Ritu and Chirag together and remembers Armaan. Will she confess her love to him?

Chirag gains consciousness, but loses his memory. Dr. Kirti and Armaan comfort Ritu, who breaks down in tears after learning about it. Meanwhile, Atul tries to make Anjali jealous by gifting flowers to Muskan. Later, Armaan tells everyone that he is leaving. Is he going away from Ridhimma?

Armaan remembers Ridhimma and buys a rose for her. Ridhimma searches for Armaan at the bus stop, but in vain. Later, she calls up Armaan and asks him not to go away from her. Can she convince him to cancel his trip?

Ridhimma drops her plan to commit suicide as Armaan professes his love to her. However, she slips and falls. But Armaan holds her hand and saves her. Later, they get stuck in the rains and take shelter in a deserted house. Armaan and Rdhima spend a romantic night together.

The villagers bid farewell to Armaan and Ridhima. Later, Dr. Kirti fumes at Ridhimma for her irresponsible behaviour. She asks her to work with her for one week as a punishment.

Atuls tells Muskan that Anjali is ignoring him. Meanwhile, Armaan romances with Ridhimma and then, hugs her. Anjali sees it but Armaan handles the situation well. Later, Muskan bumps into another doctor. Atul invites Anjali and Armaan for dinner.

Ridhimma and Armaan make excuses when the interns ask them to join for dinner. They go for the dinner separately. Later, Ridhimma becomes angry when Armaan tells her that she is his 31st girlfriend. Nevertheless, Armaan calms her down by his romantic talks.

Armaan tactfully covers up his lie when he meets Dr. Shubhankar and Dr. Kirti in a party. However, Rahul feels that Armaan is hiding something. Later, Atul and Armaan fight with two boys, who try to misbehave with Ridhimma, due to which all of them are taken into police custody.

The police put Atul and Armaan in the lockup. Ridhimma convinces the inspector to call Dr. Shubankar. Later, Atul learns from his friends that Anjali loves him. Meanwhile, the police find Dr. Shubanker and Dr. Kirti outside the club and arrest them. Who will come to bail them out?

Atul tells Rahul about his feelings for Anjali. Ridhimma ties Armaan’s stethoscope to a wheelchair while on the lift. He loses his balance and drops curry on Dr. Shashanks coat. Later, Ridhimma apologises to Armaan for her silliness.

Dr. Shashank and Dr. Kirti decide to send Anjali to a conference in Delhi, so that she can share her experiences with the rest of her fellow members. Meanwhile, Armaan and Riddhima plan to tell everyone that they are a couple.

The boys are shocked to see the girls in the resort. To everyone's surprise, Riddhima comes in a swim suit. A game is conducted between the boys and the girls. Boys win the game. Anjali does not accept Atul's proposal. Armaan wants to surprise Riddhima, but before that she falls into danger.

Armaan injures himself critically while trying to save Riddhima. He undergoes an operation. Doctors say that he will slip into coma, if he does not get conscious within the next 2 hours. Riddhima prays for Armaan's recovery. Will Armaan regain consciousness?

Armaan gets better. Riddhima blames herself for his accident. Muskaan's parents come down from Punjab to take her back, and get her married. Later, Riddhima is assigned to take care of Armaan when he is shifted to the general ward. Meanwhile, Rahul speaks to Muskaan about their marriage.

Dr. Shashank gets angry when he sees Armaan and other patients dancing in Riddhima's presence. Muskaan tries to escape from her parents. Meanwhile, Armaan acts as if he is not keeping well. Dr. Kirti learns that he is all fine and discharges him. She asks him to report back to duty.

Riddhima asks Armaan to tell her father about their love. Meanwhile, Rahul and Muskaan are surprised by their wedding. Later, Muskaan's parents also agree. Dr. Shashank congratulates them and asks them to celebrate at his home. At the party, Riddhima's father catches Armaan and Riddhima together.

Armaan lies to RIddhima's father saying that they are good friends. Later, Riddhima complains to Armaan for not telling her father the truth. They have an argument. Meanwhile, Rahul and Mushkan agree that their marriage is just a drama. However, their first wedding night is arranged at Keerti's home.

Armaan is upset with Riddhima's attitude. On the other hand, Rahul and Muskaan have an argument. At the hospital, Dr. Kirti assigns the duties to the intern doctors. Armaan tries to lift everyone's mood as promised to Riddhima. He asks Rahul to gift Muskaan a flower. He also apologises to Dr. Shashank.

Rahul, Muskaan and Atul have a small misunderstanding because of Armaan. They tell Dr. Kirti that they don't want to work with him. In the meantime, Dr. Kirti announces about the upcoming soccer match with Hissar Hospital. Armaan apologises to everyone, but says that he won't play the soccer match.

Riddhima leaves the decision of playing the match to Armaan. He educates his team about the strength of the opposition in the dressing room. The match starts. The opponents play aggressively and start hitting everyone. During the half time, Dr. Shashank tells everyone that they have to win the game.

Dr. Riddhima and her father, Dr. Shashank, cheer for Armaan as he decides to play the match finally. Sanjeevani hospital team wins the trophy. At the canteen, all plan for a winning party. They plan to play a prank to pick up Dr. Anjali directly from airport for the party, but get caught by Dr. Shashank.

Dr. Atul is worried as on the way their car breaks down. Dr. Shashank arrives at the same time and blames Armaan, Atul and Rahul for their deed. Dr. Riddhima blames herself for all this and confesses before Dr. Shashank, while he warns Riddhima to stay away from Armaan.

Armaan gets upset with Riddhima's confession. Atul worries about Anjali and asks Armaan to call Riddhima. Muskaan and Rahul have a friendly fight. Atul apologises to Anjali, but she insults him. Soon Anjali finds him missing. Atul gets drunk to express his feeling to Anjali.

An intoxicated Atul creates nuisance in the hospital. Meanwhile, Dr. Kirti introduces the health inspector to everyone. Armaan, Riddhima, Muskaan and Rahul try to tackle the situation and create a good impression. Dr. Kirti thanks them for their efforts. Later, Atul comes and expresses his feelings for Anjali.

Dr. Shashank warns Atul to behave properly after he recovers from his hangover. Dr. Kirti punishes him by telling him to perform rectal examination for a week. Muskaan and Rahul make fun of each other. Dr. Riddhima is harassed by few guys while returning home on a rainy night. Dr. Armaan saves her.

Although haunted by their past, Arman and Riddhima still have love for each other. Atul is confused and his feelings for Anjali seem to be not enough as she does not give him much importance. Meanwhile, Rahul and Muskan go on with their quarrel for every small thing.

Arman tries to gather information about Dr. Shashank in his cabin. Suddenly, Dr. Shashank enters and sees Riddhima and Atul there. Both of them try their best to save Armaan. Will they succeed?

Armaan says he has been thrown out by his landlord, but Atul and Rahul refuse to give him accommodation. Ridhima’s grandmother learns about Armaan’s plight when she visits the hospital. She asks Armaan to come that evening with his baggage, but Dr.Shashank refuses to allow him as paying guest.

Dr. Shashank's mother asks him to allow Arman to stay. Meanwhile, Armaan faints. Atul's date with Anjali ends up in an auto. The table for them is given to Rahul and Muskaan. Armaan and Ridhima's family play a game of dumbcharade. Dr.Shashank asks Armaan to make some sweet for Ganpathi pooja.

Rahul tucks Muskaan in bed when she proposes to him. Next day, everyone prays to Ganesha and Armaan heads to make the sweet. Atul, Rahul and Muskaan visit Dr. Shashank's house for the puja. They are horrified to see vegetables around and ask Armaan about the kheer recipe.

After the meal, Armaan brings the kheer and serves it. Ridhima does not allow Dr. Shashank to have it. Everyone excuse themselves. Armaan gets to now it was awful. Next day, Armaan manages to get a lift from Dr. Shashank to Sanjeevni. Atul avoids Anjali, but she consoles him.

Armaan feels it is wrong to get into someone’s wedding and click pictures. But, Anjali, Riddhima, Atul and Muskaan get ready to go to the wedding. They somehow manage to enter and get photos clicked. Later, the host stops them. Armaan gets tensed when Dr. Shashank asks Riddhima about the invitation.

Rahul and Anjali take snaps as couple along with other friends. They are indeed more shocked to learn that Dr. Shashank will attend the wedding along with Keerthi and Shubanker. Amidst the chaos and confusion, they get caught red handed by Shashank.

Dr. Shashank punishes the interns for their mistakes and mischief during the marriage ceremony. He asks them to spend the next week in Lonavala Ashram and donate their one month salary to the same Ashram. All the interns then blame Armaan for this incident. Dr. Shashank sends Armaan as well.

The girls find the abandoned house, where all of them were stuck for the night, very scary. They spend the night by playing pranks on each other and then fight. Dr. Shubhankar falls victim to their pranks, who comes to the house after Dr. Shashank tells him to search for the interns.

Dr. Shubhankar is electrocuted when the girls play a prank. Then the boys decide to teach the girls a lesson. But, Dr. Shubhankar becomes the victim yet again. They have a fight, Dr. Shubhankar comes in the middle again. The road gets cleared and all of them head to Lonavala.

All the interns are indulged in helping the people who were injured in the bus. Dr. Shubanker consoles Anjali as she feels sad for a kid crying on his dead mother. Rahul helps Muskaan in saving a patient's life. Armaan tries to keep Riddhima calm. Atul succeeds in helping a patient, deliver a baby.

Bomb disposal squad successfully defuses the bomb, and save Armaan and Riddhima. Dr. Shashank praises the interns and lifts the punishment on them. Armaan feels happy as Dr. Shashank thanks him for supporting his daughter. Armaan insists Riddhima to inform Dr. Shashank about their relationship.

Muskaan loses her camera and is worried about this. Meanwhile, Armaan and Riddhima decide to tell Shashank about their relationship. Kirti is angry when she catches Atul reading his letter. Will Dr.Shashank accept Armaan and Riddhima?

The doctors struggle to arrange the money, and seek the help of a mafia don, who confuses them for drama artistes. He threatens them to enact Sholay. The doctors try convincing the don that they are not the artistes, but he refuses to listen.

On watching the gloomy performance, the don gets furious and fires his gun in the air. He blasts the doctors for insulting the movie characters and film makers. The interns manage to escape the don’s grasp. Later, Armaan plans to take part in a motor bike race. Will he win?

Armaan meets with an accident during the race, and is rushed to the hospital. On regaining consciousness, his friends scold him for participating in the race. The doctors now decide to hold a concert to raise funds.

Armaan is disappointed when everyone pushes Abhimanyu to couple with Riddhima. Dr Shashank instructs Armaan to take care of himself. When Abhimanyu refuses to dance, Armaan challenges him and walks out of his cabin. Will Abhimanyu support the doctors’ cause?

The doctors are extremely happy about the success of their concert, but their joy is short-lived. Abhimanyu makes them aware that the problems still persist. Meanwhile, Muskaan is disappointed on learning that Rahul is leaving. Will she express her feelings to him now?

Nikita sees herself as a barrier between Armaan and Riddhima, and expresses her wish to leave Sanjeevani, which Abhimanyu refuses. Meanwhile, the doctors are unhappy about Rahul’s departure. Later, Armaan expresses his love for Riddhima, and plans a big surprise for the New Year party.

Muskaan plans to accompany Rahul to his home. Meanwhile, Riddhima expresses her love to Armaan, and everyone enjoys the New Year Party. Abhimanyu advises Riddhima to listen to her heart, and not to what others say.

In the evening, all the interns plan to dance with their partners. Muskaan and Rahul enjoy the party, while Armaan plans to present his surprise to Riddhima. He takes Riddhima out of the party, and asks her to open her eyes to see his surprise.

Riddhima is happy with Armaan’s surprise. Meanwhile, Shubhankar proposes to Kirti. She accepts his proposal, but expects Navneeta’s acceptance. Later, Rahul advises Armaan to confess his love for Riddhima in front of everyone.

Armaan plans to follow Rahul’s advice, and plans to please Shashank. Meanwhile, Nikita traps Abhimanyu to do a rectal test. On the other hand, Muskaan misses Rahul, and is disappointed to see his goodbye letter.

Muskaan is heartbroken after Rahul leaves. While Dr Shubankar decides to disclose his love for Kirti in front of his daughter, Abhimanyu changes his views about Riddhima and starts to like her. How will Riddhima react to the change in Abhimanyu’s behaviour?

Riddhima is angry as Armaan tries to impress his future father-in-law, and does not give her sufficient time. Armaan tries convincing her and puts a letter in her file, which she does not notice. Later, he finally finds a way to impress Dr Shashank. What will he do?

Armaan learns that the letter that he had written for Riddhima has reached Shashank’s cabin by mistake. He rushes to the cabin, and finds Shubhankar reading the letter. Shubhankar then asks him to pass it to Riddhima, and assumes the writer is Atul. Will Armaan tell him the truth?

Armaan leaves for Lonavala with Shubankar, and Atul plans to go with the other interns. Armaan tries to stop them by damaging their car indicators. The car stops on the way, and they fail to reach Lonavala.

Dr Shubankar tells Dr Shashank about Atul. Riddhima is still angry with Armaan, even as the latter tries to convince her. Riddhima feels that he is not serious about their love.

Dr Shubankar offers to help Armaan after listening to his love story. Armaan decides to speak to Dr Shashank about Atul, and learns that Dr Shashank does not like him. Later, Dr Shashank tells Armaan about the qualities that his son-in-law should possess.

Dr Shubankar helps Armaan get a new look to become an ideal son-in-law. His new look is so different that everyone refuses to recognise him. Riddhima also fails to recognise him. Will Dr Shashank be pleased with his new look?

Armaan and Riddhima are on a date. When Shashank learns that Riddhima and Armaan are not present in the hospital, he gets worried. Meanwhile, Armaan and Riddhima get arrested for making love in public. Shashank rushes to the police station and brings Riddhima back home.

Dr. Shashank tells Armaan to leave. Riddhima pleads for him and requests Dr. Shashank to give him a chance. Armaan is ready to do whatever it takes to speak to him. He relentlessly stands in the rain.

Riddhima skips hospital and goes to meet Armaan. Dr. Shashank looks for her. Armaan tries to pacify her and asks her to be patient. Atul, Nikita and Muskaan go to Armaan’s place. Dr. Shashank also arrives there. He rebukes Armaan and tells him that he broke his trust.

Armaan challenges Shashank that he cannot take Riddhima away from him. Shashank accepts his challenge. Meanwhile, Armaan invites Riddhima for lunch through a patient.

Riddhima waits for Armaan in the cafeteria. Armaan requests Kirti for a 15-minute break, but she refuses. When Armaan does not show up, Riddhima leaves. The next day, Armaan puts up a tent in front of Riddhima’s house. How will Shashank react to it?

Riddhima tries to convince Shashank about Armaan. BMC personnel instruct Armaan to remove his tent, but he convinces them to let it stay. Shashank calls the police to remove the tent by 6 p.m. or he’ll have to face serious consequences.

Armaan sees that the staff, patients and police have gathered in front of his tent. Shashank is furious, as Armaan has led to affect his reputation. Atul and gang plan to seek an RJ's help in resolving this fight. The RJ manages to get Shashank and Armaan speak on a debate over a radio show.

Shashank agrees to participate in the debate. A large crowd gathers outside his house. While Armaan puts across his love for Riddhima. Shashank calls him a cheat, who has cheated Riddhima and his friends as well.

Armaan admits his mistakes while debating with Shashank. All his supporters leave. However, he promises Shashank that as long as his love is with him, he will not go anywhere. To this, Shashank says that he will ensure Riddhima’s window is closed for him. Armaan waits for her to open the window.

Armaan sends a message to Riddhima through the radio show. He asks her to open the window before the song gets over. A few untoward men come and mock his love. They even touch Riddhima. Armaan gets furious and hits them. Police arrive and arrest them along with Armaan.

Media arrives to cover the whole incident. Armaan lies to them to get rid of them. However, Nana reveals to them about his hunger strike. Riddhima has also not eaten anything because Armaan has been starving himself. When Nikita gets food for him, Anjali thinks that he is faking the strike.

Anjali decides to expose Armaan. She tries finding proofs against him. Nikita and other friends insist him to eat, but he does not give up. He does not eat until he gets to speak to Riddhima. Finally, she speaks to him, but only to tell that he cannot meet her ever again.

Armaan becomes unconscious due to fasting since three days. Anjali realises that her opinion about him was wrong. Riddhima is worried about his health. Shashank’s family tries to make him believe that Armaan has true feelings for Riddhima.
