Kevin throws his annual "Anniversa-rager" party with help from Patty, Neil and Pete. After Patty reveals the truth about her bank accounts, Allison goes on a bender and makes a decision to take back control of her life.

Allison witnesses an overdose and has an idea. It's Belichick hoodie day and Kevin feuds with the neighbors over a stolen package. Following a mysterious business card, Allison is led to Patty's Salon in town.

Allison discovers the truth about Patty's Salon. After a fight, Kevin and Neil compete in a chili cookoff. Allison's revenge inadvertently dries up the towns pill supply. Patty almost gets busted in a local Pharmacy raid and confides in Allison.

A detective questions Patty about the pharmacy bust. Allison and Patty go on a road trip while Kevin comes up with a new moneymaking scheme in the basement. After multiple setbacks, Allison admits the truth about her plan to Patty.

Allison pushes the limits to see what she is capable of. Kevin, Neil and Pete attempt to replace Patty after kicking her out of the group. An ominous Nick shows up at Patty's salon, and a new job opportunity opens up for Allison at Bev's Diner.

Allison and Patty make a deal with Nick. Kevin celebrates his birthday with two dinners. To Patty's surprise, she goes on a date with Tammy at the Vic House. Allison confronts Nick about going through with the plan her way.

Nick's timeline shifts as Allison and Patty prepare for the big night. Kevin, Neil and Pete start a band, but Neil gets paranoid that Kevin has other plans when he finds a fertility clinic brochure in the trash. Tammy and Patty get closer.

Detectives question Allison about the night before. After the trauma of the break in, Kevin searches for meaning by running for city council. Kurt plants a seed of doubt, while Allison and Patty deal with the repercussions of their actions.

Following Neil’s act of violence, Allison and Patty must decide how to handle him. Patty questions Allison’s friendship. Kevin makes a campaign ad and Allison tries to derail his run for office.

Allison has a new plan toe scape her domestic hell and get back to the woman she used to be; Patty has a new problem — confronting her intimacy issues with Tammy. Kevin’s newfound fame lands him an interview with the local paper.

At the Mortuary, Allison and Patty search for a new identity, and Allison reflects on how she got here. Neil is having trouble sleeping. Kevin hosts a super scary Pal-o-ween.

Allison decides to throw a surprise birthday party for Patty. Kevin agrees to help with the planning once he realizes he can use the situation to his advantage. Tammy is left in charge of the invite list, which maybe wasn’t Allison’s best idea.

During a city-wide blackout, Allison and Patty head to city hall to find Gertrude’s death certificate. The rest of the gang camps out in Bev’s. Someone stole Kevin’s generator, and he’s going to solve the case.

Allison decides to find out what Kevin can ruin when he decides it's inconvenient for him; Tammy's recent discovery leads her closer to the truth as both Allison and Patty weigh whether change is actually what they want.

Allison learns that Neil told Diane her secret. She searches for Neil before he can tell anyone else, especially Tammy. With Allison’s help, Kevin devises a plan to save himself from arson charges. But the plan will have consequences for Tammy.

Allison comes to terms with what she's running from and what she left behind.
